Responsibilities:
- Meet and consult clients on interior design and renovation needs
- Prepare design proposals, space planning, and quotations
- Present design concepts, materials, and renovation ideas to clients
- Follow up with clients and close sales deals
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and contractors throughout projects
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required
- Ensure project progress and client satisfaction are well maintained
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of design concepts, materials, and renovation processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to handle client consultations and prepare quotations
- Result-driven, motivated, and customer-oriented
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, or design software is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Candidate with sales or interior design experience is preferred
